This got me reflecting on the purpose behind this newsletter. Here's why I'm doing this:

The ideas I've encountered throughout my personal growth journey have profoundly improved my mental well-being and quality of life. They've helped me navigate dark times and find more joy in life. Sharing these insights with as many people as possible is my way of making a small but meaningful impact, especially during tough times.

I understand that not everyone has the time to read long emails or enjoys reading on their devices. We all have different ways of consuming content. Since I'm an avid podcast listener myself, launching a podcast felt like the natural next step.

I'm thrilled to introduce the first episode of the Pursuit Podcast. This podcast will be an audio narration of the newsletter, sometimes with added personal stories or new perspectives around the core ideas shared.
